FOR THE DIARY – Re-booking deadline of Wednesday 9 March @ 5pm
How does re-booking work? Everyone will be moving up to the next level where new skills and activities are introduced that are relevant to your baby’s physical and cognitive skills set.
Your child will be offered the same class day and time (children aged 3+ years may have to change). To ensure we cater for you, please ensure you have booked in by the deadline of Wednesday 9 March @ 5pm
After this date, we open up to the babies on our wait list – so don’t miss out and lose your spot!
Steps to re-book
STEP 1 – To re-book – go to our website duckanddive.com.au and click on Parent Portal in the top right corner of the home page.
STEP 2 – Login and book into your current class time
STEP 4 – If you would like to change your lesson timeemail us BEFORE THE DEADLINE. DO NOT change your class time online, email us a request.
If for some reason you won’t be joining us next term please let us know via a quick call or email.
Can I get a refund once term starts or transfer fees to next term?
No – unfortunately once term is underway you won’t be able to get a refund if your circumstances change. You will have the opportunity to review the T&C’s before making payment.
If another family member or friend would like to attend lessons and swim your baby….
From time to time we understand that mummies and daddies are away for a lesson and an alternative family member may need to swim with your baby.
The baby has to be settled and relaxed with the new carer.
For the comfort and safety of your baby the carer MUST also be:
– Water confident
– Comfortable with baby handling
– Able to speak and understand English
– Able to carry out instruction as asked by the teacher.
Before attending a lesson ensure they:
– Understand and can perform “name, ready, go’s”, making sure water is poured over the forehead
– Run through how our classes work
– LISTEN to the teacher, COPY all her actions, ASK if unsure
– ALWAYS ensure baby wears the correct gear i.e. disposable swim nappy and Splashabout Nappy.
Most of all we want bub to be happy and comfortable in the water and not distressed.
