Our teachers get a lot of praise. Gentle, nurturing, fun loving educators and we are so proud of them! The most surprising fact that clients learn is that none of them have ever been teachers before!

Duck and Dive are always on the lookout for people with the right skills to become teachers and our talent past and present has mostly come from “learning mums” who have become Duck and Dive Instructors. Could this be you…?

This is a fantastic and rewarding industry to work in and working with babies and their wonderful parents is a very rewarding role. We are often told our school is one of the best out there, which gives us a nice fuzzy feeling and makes us strive even harder to make sure that every aspect of our business is top notch.

Regarding swimming there’s no need to have any qualifications (apart from a day course with our swimming association) and full Duck and Dive training is provided. We’re really interested in catching the right people!
